We know you will love the job your Pro completed. If you don't feel the task was done to satisfaction, please send us pictures of whatever you feel was not completed properly and it will be reviewed to consider sending your Pro back to finish the job.

Please note our cancellation policy charges the equivalent of a one-hour fee for any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. This is meant to partially compensate our Pro for lost time.
